Amulet of Weakening

While you wear this magic amulet, you can use a Magic Action to create a magical Emanation within 30 feet of you that lasts for 1 minute. When the Emanation appears, each creature Hostile to you makes a DC 15 Strength saving throw. On a failed save, it has disadvantage on any Strength Tests. An Hostile creature also makes this save when the Emanation moves into its space and when it moves into the Emanation. On a successful save, that creature is immune to this effect for the next 24 hours. Once you use this property, you can't use it again until you finish a Long Rest.
