Cord of Ekbir

This magical garrote appears usually in the hands of Ekbiran murderers. While you hold this magic item, you can use a Bonus Action to strangle a Humanoid creature within 5 feet of you that you can see. The target must make a DC 13 Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, it has the Stunned condition until the end of its next round.
