Scroll of the Efreeti

Upon this magic scroll there are many flaming runes and sigils. While you carry this magic scroll you have Resistance to Fire damage. As a Magic Action, you can read the scroll and cast the conjure elemental spell (only Fire Elemental). Once you use this property, you can't use it again until you finish a Long Rest.
