Witch's Hand Sweeper

The broom has 3 charges. It regains all expended charges daily at dusk. The broom can be wielded as a one-handed improvised weapon, and can be used to sweep at a creature, object or magical effect within 5 feet of you. When sweeping at a creature, make a melee spell attack against it. On a hit, the creature takes no damage, but you may expend 1 of the broom's charges to cast the Dispel Magic spell to it. When sweeping an object or magical effect, your attack automatically hits.
