Zagovori: Seal

You enchant a creature to make a prison out of its own flesh. If the target has 90 Hit Points or fewer, it suffers a grueling fate. Every time the target moves 5 feet or more, or takes an Action, its Speed is reduced by 5 feet. If its Speed reaches 0, it becomes Petrified for one year. Otherwise, nothing happens.

Zagovory: When you expend Hit Dice while casting this spell, increase the Hit Point threshold by a number equal to the Hit Dice roll plus your Constitution modifier.
