Jewel of Attacks

This gleaming gem radiates magic and appears to be a valuable item. When you attune to this magic gem, you suffer a Curse. When you have this Curse, the chance that a random encounter occurs is doubled. For example, if a random encounter happens on a 1820 on a d20 roll, with this Curse it happens on a 1520. This Curse is removed by a remove curse spell or greater magic.
