Mirror of the Past

This magic mirror is made of platinum. As a Magic Action, when you look into this magic mirror and concentrate on a creature that you have seen or heard of, you can see 1 minute of your choice of that creature's past. You have the Incapacitated condition as long as you're viewing the past of that creature. Once you use this property, you can't use it again until you finish a Long Rest.
