Pendant of Little Miracles

This pendant is empowered by the small every-day miracles that occur in life. While attuned to this pendant, whenever you witness a little miracle (like a flower growing from within the cracks of a boulder, rainfall during the dry season or rolling the same number twice on a check with Advantage or Disadvantage) the pendant gains 1 charge out of a maximum of 3 charges. You are notified of which event counts as such by your Storyteller. When you roll a 1 on the d20 on a D20 Test you can expend 3 charges to release the miraculous magic of the pendant and succeed on your roll instead.
