Description
This crystal tool was originally enchanted to enhance the prism's ability to create dazzling colors. As a Magic Action, you can cast the prismatic ray or the prismatic wall spells(Spell Save DC 19). Once you cast one of these two spells, you can't use this property again until you finish a Long Rest. This magic item functions only if you are in sunlight.
