Rod of Onwal

This magic rod was originally crafted to protect the inhabitants of Onnwal against the fierce storms that regularly lash the Sea of Gearnat. While you are within a nonmagical storm that can potentially cause you one or more Hazards, you can use a Magic Action to calm the storm to a point that is no more dangerous. Once used this property, you can't use it again until you finish a Long Rest.
