Tiger Cloak of Chalyik

This magic cloak is fashioned from the complete hide of an adult tiger. It includes head, skin, and claws, dangling at the sides. When you wear this magic cloak, you gain the ability to enter in Rage, as the Barbarian class, as a Magic Action. If you have a level in the Barbarian class, then you have one more use of this ability. Once you use this property, you can't use it again until you finish a Long Rest.
