Description
This magic item appears to be a 1-foot-tall hourglass. As a Magic Action, you can spend two or more charges to cast on the following spells (Spell Save DC17):
- haste (2 charges)
- slow (2 charge)
- time stop (3 charges)
When you spend the last charge, roll a d20. On a 1, the hourglass disappears.
Recharge. The hourglass has 3 charges and recharges 1d2 charges daily at dawn.
