Tramontane Scale Mail

You gain a +1 bonus to Armor Class while wearing this armor. The armor is enchanted to look like a scholarly or priestly robe.

Mountain Walker. While you're wearing this armor, Difficult Terrain composed of heavy snow, ice, rubble, or undergrowth doesn't cost you extra movement.

Grasping Tendrils. As a Magic action, you can activate the armor, causing the hems of its sleeves and body to extend into ribbonlike tendrils. As a Bonus Action while the armor is active, you can force each creature of your choice in a 20-foot Emanation originating from you to make a DC 15 Strength saving throw. On a failed save, a creature has the Grappled condition (escape DC 15) and is pulled up to 20 feet straight toward you.

The armor remains active for 1 minute or until you take another Magic action to deactivate it. Once you activate the armor, it can't be activated again until the next dawn.

The wearer has disadvantage on Stealth (Dexterity) checks.
