Description
You psionically overwhelm the mind of one creature you can see within range. It must succeed on an Intelligence saving throw or it takes 12d6 psychic damage and is stunned for 1 minute. On a successful save, the target takes half as much psychic damage and is not stunned. The stunned target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on a success.
