Description
You utter an absolute command against a creature you can see within range. If the target has 90 Hit Points or fewer, it must use its Reaction to immediately perform one Action from its stat block of your choice against a target of your choice. The Action must be one the creature is capable of taking, and the target must be one the creature can see. Otherwise, nothing happens.
Zagovory: When you expend Hit Dice while casting this spell, increase the Hit Point threshold by a number equal to the Hit Dice roll plus your Constitution modifier.
