Description
Your very words cause a creature to feel pain. If the target has 20 Hit Points or fewer, it takes 1d8 Force damage at the start of its turn. The spell persists until it has dealt damage up to the Hit Point threshold it can affect. Otherwise, nothing happens.
Zagovory: When you expend Hit Dice while casting this spell, increase the Hit Point threshold by a number equal to the Hit Dice roll plus your Constitution modifier.
