Description
You utter a word that saps a creature of its vigor. If the target has 60 Hit Points or fewer, it gains a level of Exhaustion. This spell can increase already existing Exhaustion levels, but doesn't stack with itself. Otherwise, nothing happens.
Zagovory: When you expend Hit Dice while casting this spell, increase the Hit Point threshold by a number equal to the Hit Dice roll plus your Constitution modifier.
