Potion of Arun's Voice

When you drink this potion, your voice turns booming and thunderous, while your intent becomes supernaturally difficult to resist. This effect lasts for the next minute. For the duration, you gain Advantage on Charisma (Intimidation) and Charisma (Persuasion) checks. In addition, whenever you succeed on such a D20 Test against a creature, you can force it to follow a one-word command of yours, as if it was under the effects of the Command spell. Shaking this vial causes the dark liquid within to produce sparks, and a rumbling noise emanates from it.
