Potion of Temsul's Embrace

This heavy flask of blackened glass bears the faint imprint of a skull whose hollow eyes seem to follow the drinker. When drunk, your skin shrivels, growing leathery and tough. You gain 20 Temporary Hit Points for 1 minute. While you have these Temporary Hit Points, you are Immune to Necrotic damage and the Poisoned condition. Additionally, unintelligent Undead treat you as one of their own. For the duration, you are treated as if under the effects of Sanctuary against Undead creatures of Intelligence 6 or lower.
